Quality control

Checked in our own workshop, not just on paper.

Our quality inspectors are part of the production team, which means problems are caught at the workstation rather than discovered at the port.

Incoming material check — timber, fabric and leather inspected before they enter production.
In-process inspection — dimensions, joinery and surface finish verified during assembly.
Pre-packing inspection — each batch checked against the approved sample and the packing specification.
Documentation — certificates and inspection records available for your compliance file before you order.
Third-party inspection — we cooperate with SGS, BV and other agencies on request.
